When You’re Having A Baby
Well you may not be for sure, but you think your pregnant, so what do you do now? There are many early pregnancy signs that you should watch for. Some of them won’t bother you as much as others, but the morning sickness may be bad enough to make up for everything else you suffer from.
Oh those days when your experiencing nausea or morning sickness. The smell of certain foods may have you running to the bathroom without warning. It’s really a wonderful time in your life, just keep that in mind. You can have upper back pain too, and it’s just going to become more painful as the time wears on.
Weight gain is another thing that you’re going to notice, along with growing out of all those clothes. There is a product out that will help you wear pants for a bit longer though. It’s called a belly belt, and can help increase the time that you’ll be able to stay in your older clothes.
Becoming tired or fatigued during the day will also happen in many cases. It’s okay and to be expected so just get that rest that you need, as you get more pregnant you will have problems sleeping at night.
Tenderness or swelling around the breast can be another sign of being pregnant. Not all women will have this as much as some do. However, it will be noticeable when you barely touch them and your sent into serious pain.
Oh those fun food cravings. No matter what it may be for you, most likely you’re going to want something special. And yes husbands it may be at three in the morning when your wife turns over and requests something. Don’t complain you’re not gaining the weight and carrying the baby, just go get it!
Headaches unfortunately can be another sign that you may be pregnant. Though if you’re lucky you won’t experience them too often. If you do, just talk to your doctor and see what they think about it. Get an appointment and start taking those prenatal vitamins too.
Be ready with a list of baby names, it’s a fun and joyful time that you need to enjoy in your life. Make sure that you take care of the baby and yourself during this time too.
